M2E has provided us with the best customer experience that we’ve have ever had! Initially we had some changes we wanted made to better suit us and our systems. We reached out via support and worked together to create the perfect synchronization between our Amazon and Wal-Mart stores with our Big Commerce site. They even created new options inside their platform from our discussions. These include the ability to turn off tax import on Amazon orders where tax is paid and collected by Amazon and also turn off shipping cost import on Amazon FBA orders when we do not collect shipping. Before, we would have to remove these from orders after import. The orders import flawlessly now! Applications and integrations always require some tweaking while some just never work at all. M2E has listened to our needs and worked with us to create an integration that we are extremely happy with! It wasn’t perfect out of the box, but nothing we have ever used has been. However, having a support team that is eager to improve their product and works with you to make it right is the way it should be.
